Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging, tags, and invoices.
- Certain items (such as perishable goods, personal care products, or items marked as “non-returnable”) are not eligible for return.
- To request a return, please contact our support team at support@mychikoo.com with your order details.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item delivered.
Replacements
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
- Please raise the replacement request within 48 hours of receiving the product, with photos/videos as proof.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- In case of cancellation before shipping, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
Exceptions
- Items bought during clearance sales, promotions, or with discount codes may not be eligible for return/refund, unless defective.
- Gift cards and downloadable digital products are non-refundable.
