Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging, tags, and invoices.
Certain items (such as perishable goods, personal care products, or items marked as “non-returnable”) are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item delivered.
Replacements
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Please raise the replacement request within 48 hours of receiving the product, with photos/videos as proof.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
In case of cancellation before shipping, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
Exceptions
Items bought during clearance sales, promotions, or with discount codes may not be eligible for return/refund, unless defective.
Gift cards and downloadable digital products are non-refundable.
